St. Patrick’s Day Parade in downtown Visalia, Saturday March 16th at 10 am.
The parade will start on Main St. at Church and will travel west to Willis and head north, the parade will disband in front of the Vintage Press. We will be checking in all parade entrants at Arts Visalia, 214 E. Oak Ave. (next to Jack & Charlie’s) and accepting late entries also. Day of entry fee is $35.
We are happy that we are able to offer 5 school bands $500 each for a special gift from our Parade band sponsors (this is on first come first to receive). We are very excited to announce our 2019 Grand Marshal Marybeth Porter-Seay. Marybeth has been a huge supporter of many non-profits and has been on several local boards. We welcome her to the St. Patrick’s Grand Marshal Club. Congratulations Marybeth!
Also, again this year we will have The Visalia Towne Trolley using a special route from 1pm to 5pm for the Irish Fest. It will be running from downtown Visalia, at several stops, to the Rawhide Stadium, so park your car in one of the many parking structures and hop on the trolley and head to the Irish Fest at the ballpark, or take a free Trolley ride and enjoy the many fun and exciting things that will be going on all day downtown Visalia. Lots of music and great food everywhere! Enjoy the day!
