The salmon is excellent and covered in a Lobster sauce and white wine reduction. The grilled chicken breast is in a mushroom and Sun-dried Tomato Cream sauce. The beef is beef tenderloin marinated in red wine with tarragon and  fresh herbs sliced and served in Madeira {not Madera} Wine Sauce.  At the price quoted, substitutions cannot be made such as salmon and chicken but you can mix and match with your significant other. The side dishes are garlic mashed potatoes (excellent) and green beans with mushrooms. Salad and bread rolls are also included. Julie and friends are also providing desserts. There will be a no-host bar with at least one bartender throughout the night and two during happy hour.
